PSC Costs M12 & M11
In our efforts to monitor PSC costs we have now summarised this week’s Melbourne sale with last week.
The table below shows that summary and comments follow. Dependent upon the feedback we will continue such monitoring.
Comments:
- The Brisbane PSC costs have changed as the only broker selling Brisbane stored lots is BNPGR, who did not sell in M11. MCCA have the $18.00 PSC for Brisbane lots.
- The Wagga PSC costs for M12 reflect that LMKKW are the only broker selling KW lost this week, and their PSC costs have not changed.
- Similarly with Launceston, ROBL sell this week with a PSC of 20.8 whereas last week AWNS sold with a PSC of $24.65.
- With Portland ARCG are selling lots with a lower PSC ($27.30) than those brokers selling last week; as is LMKQ with a PSC of $28.10
