PSC Costs Sydney
Following last week’s blog on Melbourne’s recent PSC charges we have been requested to report on
Sydney’s recent sales.
The table below summarises those costs for the 3 sales S10‐12.
It is interesting that this selection of PSC shows significantly more consistency than recent
Melbourne sales; however there are still large differentials between brokers in the same centre.
